World Speed Record
Here is Dan
Runte in BIGFOOT #16 from Norwalk,
OH on September 25, 2010. He breaks the monster truck speed record
twice, once on Friday, and then breaks his own record again on
Saturday with an eighth mile speed of 86.56 MPH at 7.85
seconds. This is Saturday's race against Rodney
Tweedy in BIGFOOT #10.
Summit BIGFOOT #16 - Phoenix Dragstrip Freestyle!
This is a compilation of Dan Runte doing freestyle runs on the Phoenix
dragstrip in BIGFOOT #16. The blacktop surface makes a monster truck do some different things, sometimes they can can too much traction!
BIGFOOT #1 in the Pontiac
Silverdome in 1983!
In 1983 BIGFOOT #1,
with Bob Chandler at the wheel, performed at the Pontiac Silverdome in front of over 72,000 people. BIGFOOT ran over 2 junk cars and did a sled pull. This footage is sometimes called the "flash attack" footage. The explanation for this can be explained simply by watching the video.

Truck®, BIGFOOT #1. It debuted in Springfield, MO at
the Ozark Empire Fairgrounds at the 4 Wheel Jamboree, and will

BIGFOOT #16 does the 1/8 mile in 8.261 seconds at 84.49 mph! Not
bad for a 10,000 pound monster truck!

truck car crush ever!
This is video of the very first monster truck car crush
ever. The stunt was performed by
Bob Chandler in the very first monster truck ever,
BIGFOOT #1! Notice the lumber in the bed of the truck bouncing around, as Chandler was in construction when this video was shot in April of 1981.

This is the finals for a
race held at Gateway International Raceway, just outside of St.
Louis, MO. After winning, driver Dan
Runte pulls in front of the
hometown crowd and does a donut!
BIGFOOT #16 Indianapolis Outdoor Freestyle
This is from the
fairgrounds in Indianapolis, IN. Dan
Runte rides a long wheelie
and also does some other maneuvers before waving to the crowd!
BIGFOOT #16 Freestyle in Las
Vegas, NV
In this video, Dan
Runte does a spectacular freestyle! After riding a
wheelie over a huge motorcycle ramp, Dan skies #16
sideways over a car stack, and almost rolls it. This is a
must-see video!

BIGFOOT #15 Crazy Wheelie!
For
the first time ever in a BIGFOOT monster truck, driver Dan Runte was able to
actually stop the truck mid-wheelie and hold it there! Other
trucks have done this, but never have they been able to drive away
under their own power. On top of that, not only did he do it
Saturday, but he also accomplished it again on Sunday!
